How Exactly Are the Belts “Hand Made”?
Jeff ‘s belts are made with thick full grain leather, military-grade hardware, and vintage style nickle platted brass buckles. All hardware is acid distressed using Jeff’s formula to create the vintage patina. Every belt strap is knife cut, softened, color dyed, studded, tool stamped, and detail painted by hand. No machine manufacturing is ever used. The “JEFF GALLEA BELTS” logo is flame branded on the front under the buckle snaps. When completed, we proudly brand each belt “HANDCRAFTED IN LOS ANGELES” .

Jeff Gallea Belts and Bags are all handmade by a 3rd generation leather craft family producing all items in Los Angeles, California. The quality is at the same high level used for making cowboy boots and saddles. Made to last forever! Jeff hand makes all the 1st prototypes himself. Jeff’s custom shop specialties are belts, wrist cuffs, hand stitched leather bags and super custom guitar straps.
